As Chief Development Officer, Tracy's primary responsibility is to develop and manage the production of our products, including Pat's books. She is instrumental in providing Pat with editorial guidance and keeping him on schedule. As co-founder, she is active in setting the overall direction of the company and serves as our Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to co-founding The Table Group in 1997, Tracy spent the first part of her career as a human resource and training specialist for Sybase, Inc.

Tracy lives with her husband and two boys in Danville, California.
