Vanderbilt School of Medicine
“Pat Richie served as the keynote presenter at the June Leadership Development Institute at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He worked collaboratively with our planning team to be sure he addressed the specifics of team issues in our very complex academic medical center environment. His presentation was excellent—one of the best we have heard. He was effective in giving good, solid and helpful information and he reinforced his message with illustrative stories. Not only was he well received in our large general sessions (300 + attendees each), his small group workshop was very well done. Folks are actually implementing the tools and methods he offered. He was courageous in taking us to the truth of our own dysfunctions as a team. The leadership team here credits Pat with not only raising our consciousness, but helping us take the initial steps towards improvement. His message is powerful and the man is real!”
—Dr. Peter J. Giammalvo, Chief Learning Officer, Vanderbilt School of Medicine

Cooley Godward Kronish LLP
“On a scale of 1-10 what score did your group give to Pat?
9. Pat covered all the issues in the scope, and immediately connected with our team. He is polished, professional, funny, honest and opened the door for candid discussions and the beginnings of different team work practices following his discussion. He provided much relevant, and personal, feedback for the group, and got everyone focused on the issues, and free to talk about them. Excellent—he would be a 10 but this group never gives 10 to anyone except Bruce Springsteen!”
