The Table Group Consulting Partners were established in 2004 in an effort to provide consulting resources to teams The Table Group would not otherwise be able to help.  By hand-selecting a small group of highly qualified and experienced consultants, we are now able to offer Lencioni's unique consulting approach to teams of all types.  These consultants are the only officially-certified professionals who can deliver his material.

Consulting Partners work with teams and their leaders to improve organizational effectiveness using Lencioni's books and products. The Consulting Partner’s signature offering is the two-day leadership team off-site.  Over the course of just two-days, a team can make an immediate impact on its ability to succeed. The group also offers a host of services around other Table Group models.

The Two-Day Off-Site

The two day off-site is the first critical engagement we provide to most of our clients. Clients leave a Table Group off-site with a very real sense that their two days away from the office was not only worthwhile, but some of the most productive, practical time they have ever spent together.

Though no two sessions are identical because they are customized for the needs of a client and its industry, a typical consulting engagement begins with a two-day session drawing upon the methodologies found in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, The Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive and Pat's other books.

During this fast paced two day session, a team can expect to:

The Table Group Consulting Partners is headed up by David Simpson, Director of The Table Group Consulting Partners. David works closely with Jeff Gibson evaluating potential clients and determining the optimal consultant/client fit. David first encountered The Table Group in 1999 from a unique vantage point—as a client. His hunger and thorough understanding of Pat's materials allowed David to become one of the first Consulting Partners. Over the years, David's role in the consulting practice has increased and he now assists in Consulting Partner training and development.
