The Team Assessment is an entirely automated, e-mail based system for evaluating your team. The Assessment can be purchased individually or team-based. Although the Assessment is the same for both scenarios (individual or team-based) the process does differ.
The information below explains the two processes.
After creating a login profile and entering your payment information, you will be prompted to begin the team setup process. The team setup process begins in your Administrator's Console. You can either enter your console immediately after payment or you can return to our website at www.tablegroup.com and click the login link in the site footer.
The Administrator's Console is where you enter the team's e-mail addresses and customize a message to participants. Once the setup is complete, each team member will receive an e-mail from you with instructions on how to complete the Assessment. In addition, your team members have the option to go to our website at www.tablegroup.com and click the login link in the site footer to access their individual Team Assessment. Their e-mail address will serve as the password.
As the main contact, you can return to your console at any time to check the status of your team or to make any necessary edits or changes. In addition, you will have the option to be notified via e-mail each time one of the team members completes an Assessment.
Once all participants have completed the Assessment, you will receive the final report via e-mail, in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, along with some guidelines on how to facilitate a discussion of the results. The report includes a detailed analysis of the team's strengths and weaknesses along with tips for maintaining or improving team cohesion.
