This kit provides everything you will need to plan, conduct and follow-up a Five Dysfunctions (½-day, 1-day or 2-day) workshop for a team up to 10 people. It is designed to be used by anyone who wants to help a team improve its performance, including internal and external consultants, team leaders, managers and executives.

The process offered in the workshop was developed and field-tested by Patrick Lencioni and his firm, The Table Group. Practical application was central to the workshop's curriculum design. Rather than a lecture-based classroom model, Lencioni's innovative approach prompts teams to make the first steps toward change during the workshop itself.

The Facilitator's Guide presents a disciplined approach for applying the model, complete with a script and slides. The guide provides suggestions for integrating all products offered in the kit. The 10 Online Team Assessment licenses and the 10 Participant Workbooks provide materials for each member of the team.
