Debbie brings 30 years of leadership experience to her partnership with The Table Group. Her executive tenure at Fortune 500 and startup companies enable her to apply personal experience to client situations. Debbie provides candid, practical advice about leadership, strategy and organizational development.
Debbie partnered with The Table Group in 2012. She works with CEOs and executive teams in quickly and effectively achieving business results by applying organizational health concepts such as team cohesion and strategic alignment. Her clients span a variety of industries in both the private and public sector who are eager to work in a more productive way.
Prior to partnering with The Table Group, Debbie founded and led three businesses, was on the executive leadership team for two software startups, and had P&L responsibility for a $20B technology company.
She received an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. Debbie is an alumna and member of Leadership San Jose and a mentor for students in the Pursuit of Excellence Scholarship Foundation. She lives with her husband and two children in Palo Alto, California.
