Currently, Ed works regularly with CEOs and executive teams in quickly and effectively applying the concepts captured in all of Pat Lencioni's books. His clients span a broad spectrum of various industries, including distribution, logistics, manufacturing, construction, chemical processing, financial services, technology, healthcare and professional services.
Spending over 25 years as a professional development consultant, Ed brings a tremendous breadth of practical business experience to his clients. He’s been exposed to hundreds of different companies. Nothing surprises him. He has a unique capacity to help organizations and executive teams identify and implement the critical elements that matter most.
Ed is a serial entrepreneur. He has started and sold a number of businesses, including several Dale Carnegie franchises, an ad agency, and a call center, among others.
Ed lives with his wife, Fran, in the Columbus, Ohio area and has two grown children.
