Grant is recognized for his ability to work through complicated problems and arrive at clear actionable outcomes; his approach ensures the hard subjects are not avoided and that every opportunity is taken to remove ambiguity and confusion. His attention to detail helps clients to ensure that they have an actionable plan with clear deliverables that aligns to their vision.
Currently, Grant works with CEOs and executive teams, in quickly and effectively, applying the concepts captured in all of Pat Lencioni's books. His clients span a broad spectrum of industries ranging from technology, insurance, government, hospitality and finance
Grant has a diverse leadership background in the military, international sport (rugby) and education sectors. This breadth of perspective enables clients to unlock potential ideas to help accelerate their journey.
As a retired Senior Officer from the Royal Air Force with 16 years of active service, Grant has balanced military and sporting commitments leading through many high pressured situations. Prior to partnering with The Table Group he was the Director of Academic Operations within NATO, dealing with 10,000 personnel from over 80 countries.
Grant lives with his wife, Victoria and three children in Norfolk, UK.
