"The facilitation and guidance provided by Jim Brown has been absolutely invaluable to our company. Jim’s intimate knowledge of the issues that impact a multiple-partner firm such as ours, and his ability to help us work as a team, made all the difference. He wasn’t afraid to ask the uncomfortable questions so our leadership group would tackle the tough topics and get to breakthrough. Change is never easy, but Jim’s way of bringing us all to the table to focus on what we needed to deal with was pure magic! He was brilliant."
