Kristine is exceptional. I'm an engineer turned first-time founder CEO and I've learned a huge amount about how to be an effective leader from her. She's exceptionally high EQ, very smart, and incredibly thoughtful. Amplitude wouldn't be in same place without the work we did with her.

—Spenser Skates, CEO and Co-Founder, Amplitude

Kristine has been integral to our journey of becoming a healthy team. She works well at all levels of the organization with patience and grace while pushing hard where needed to move us past a barrier or to see ourselves more clearly. Repeated interactions with her have built trust and an ability to make faster progress each time. Working with her and the Table Group framework has helped me get a newly formed, senior team operating as a single unit."
