Liz brings over 20 years of business management and leadership experience to her partnership with The Table Group. She has a passion for helping senior leadership teams collectively achieve results and brings straightforward, practical solutions to her clients.
Currently, Liz works with CEOs and leadership teams in effectively applying the concepts related to organizational health. She helps teams achieve success by focusing on cohesiveness, trust, clarity and communication. Liz’s clients include many different types of organizations and industries including healthcare, non-profit, manufacturing and education.
Prior to joining The Table Group, Liz worked at Robert Half where she held a wide range of executive leadership roles from operations and sales to learning and development. She led enterprise wide initiatives and was known for her innovative thinking while managing multi-million dollar divisions. Liz has a Bachelor’s degree in financial management from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
Liz serves on the board of trustees for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and is the VP of fundraising on a local school board. She is involved in Stephen Ministry and is the Leadership development chair at her church. Liz, her husband and two sons live St. Louis, Missouri.
