Michael brings over 30 years of leadership experience to his partnership, as a Principal Consultant, with The Table Group. His focus is helping organizations create and drive vital organizational clarity through their companies. His approaches help companies transform their cultures and mend organizational pitfalls like troubled teams, politics and confusion.
Michael has great passion for Pat’s methods and he learned them first as a leader/implementer and subsequently as a consultant. This has provided him with a real–time understanding of the methods that can be translated to CEOs and leadership teams in a thorough and practical way.
Michael is a highly sought-after consultant and is known for his engaging, fast–paced, fun and highly interactive sessions.
He served on the senior leadership team of the Make–A–Wish Foundation® of America where he led efforts in overall program delivery (wishes). He also oversaw efforts related to Make–A–Wish’s interaction with the celebrity industry.
His approachable style, use of humor, and command of Table Group content has allowed him to have widespread impact on a diverse set of client companies in industries including technology, health care, hospitality, banking, and of course, nonprofits.
Michael and his wife April live in Gilbert, Arizona near their four children and four grandchildren.
