Russ brings over 25 years experience to his partnership with The Table Group, where he works with executives and their teams to help build healthy organizations through improved team cohesiveness and increased organizational clarity. His genuine and engaging style draws out the full participation of team members during offsites, and he has built a strong reputation for results with his clients.
As a consultant, Russ works regularly with CEOs and executive teams in quickly and effectively applying the concepts related to organizational health. His clients span a broad range of organizations, including technology, life sciences, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, and academic institutions.
Russ applies his years of experience to provide a practical focus on real business issues, and moves seamlessly from big picture themes to specific and relevant actions. Russ knows when to push further on issues to ensure they are appropriately addressed, and his clients appreciate his interactive and practical approach.
Prior to partnering with The Table Group in 2005, Russ held leadership and organizational development roles at UniFirst Corporation, Fidelity Investments, and Monster.com, where he consulted to leaders at all levels. Russ began his leadership career in Higher Education Administration and as an Outward Bound Instructor. He received a Master of Education degree from The University of Vermont and Bachelor of Arts from Keene State College.
Russ lives with his wife and daughter in the Boston area.
