Executive Support Consultants started in the early 1980s under the name ML Moore & Associates providing personnel and organisational consulting under the leadership of founder Len Moore, primarily to the resources and oil industries in Australia. After a period of rapid growth Executive Support Consultants was expanded and reformed in 2011, and soon after became Consulting Partners of The Table Group in the Asia Pacific region.
A family business, Executive Support Consultants is currently lead by Andrew Moore and now works exclusively with The Table Group methodologies across a vast spread of industries and geographies, though primarily in the Asia Pacific region.
As a Principal Consultant, Andrew brings over 10 years of leadership and executive experience to Executive Support Consultants, and The Table Group in Australia and the Asia-Pacific. His extensive experience in leading large franchise groups and creating cohesion across businesses allows him to add endless value and personal insight to the organisations he works with. Whether he’s working with a CEO and his or her leadership team at a two-day offsite, addressing senior executives at a conference or workshop, or meeting with managers and clients for individual coaching, Andrew brings his boundless energy, innovation and excitement for organizational health to all he does.
As a team consultant with Executive Support Consultants, (ESC), Kate brings over 6 years of experience in employment relations to Table Group clients in Australia and the Asia Pacific, where she works as a consultant and coach with business leaders, executives and their teams to create functional and healthy organisations. Whether she’s working with a CEO and his or her leadership team, addressing senior executives during a workshop, or simply helping a client over the phone, Kate brings a drive, enthusiasm and realistic optimism for organizational health to every client she touches.
