Clear your calendar – we are hosting our inaugural UnConference!

Come to Dallas next year to spend a few days with me, our Table Group team, and a few hundred leaders and practitioners who are as passionate about leadership, teamwork and organizational health as you are.

We're calling our event the UnConference because it's going to be a seminar, rally and family reunion all rolled into one. We promise it will be as informative and practical as it is interactive and fun. The CEO of Southwest Airlines, Gary Kelly, will be there along with his Chief Learning Officer, Elizabeth Bryant. And, Alan Mulally, the man who led the historic turnaround at Ford will be sharing his personal passion for organizational health.
