The Table Group

A Patrick Lencioni Company
Simple Wisdom for Organizations

Whether it's Pat himself, Jeff Gibson, vice president consulting services, or one of the specially trained Table Group Consulting Partners, clients consistently walk away with concrete tools and concepts that they can begin to implement immediately within their organizations.

Using their trademark ‘naked’ approach, Table Group Consultants address issues of organizational effectiveness and teamwork within the context of real business issues, avoiding esoteric and touchy-feely activities that plague too many offsite sessions.

Instead, Table Group Consultants address the operational roots of politics and confusion, and provide specific tools for making better, faster decisions and achieving greater buy-in around them.

Table Group Consulting Partners

This small group of independent consultants were hand-picked and trained by Patrick Lencioni and his staff. Partner consultants help teams of all levels and industries improve organizational effectiveness.

The Two-Day Offsite

The two-day offsite is the first critical engagement we provide to most of our clients. Clients leave a Table Group offsite with a very real sense that their two days away from the office was not only worthwhile, but some of the most productive, practical time they have ever spent together.

Though no two sessions are identical because they are customized for the needs of a client and its industry, a typical consulting engagement begins with a two-day session drawing upon the methodologies found in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, The Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive and Pat's other books.

During this fast paced two day session, a team can expect to:
  • Assess themselves against the Five Dysfunctions
  • Understand and implement the requirements of a high performing team
  • Build trust among team members
  • Better understand the benefits of engaging in ideological conflict
  • Create clarity around the organization's purpose, strategy and goals
  • Ensure alignment and commitment among team members
  • Gain a sense of momentum, energy and enthusiasm for the future
