Step One: Have each member of your team take the Working Genius Assessment (purchase one license per team member here).
Step Two: Together, watch this four minute video of Pat introducing The Six Types of Working Genius.
Step Three: Use the attached Team Map to chart your team’s genius and frustrations. Ask these two questions:
1. Where in your current role are you experiencing fulfillment? Frustration?
2. Are there ways we can better use our team member’s geniuses?
